ABOUT
Originally built in 1924, the Mount Baker Hotel on Main Street in Concrete Washington was constructed for rooming for the dam construction workers as they were building the Lower Baker Dam. Ever since it’s building in 1924 it has served multiple purposes over the years. This includes; a rooming house, a hotel, liquor store, cafe, barber shop, office building, and at times apartments. During the automobile transportation days, it was a bus stop for the Ben Solomon stage lines. Currently, it is once again being used for lodging as Mt. Baker Hotel.
The Mt. Baker Hotel is the Closest and Perfect place to stay for hunting, kayaking ,fishing, swimming, water-skiing, and camping at Lake Shannon or Baker Lake , or hiking, hunting, climbing, backpacking in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest or North Cascades National Park or many parks and forests in the surrounding area.

We are also conveniently located for people going to Lake Shannon, Baker Lake, Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, North Cascades National Park, Hamilton, Shannon Creek Campground,Lyman, Rockport, Marblemount, Ross Lake, Diablo Lake, Newhalem, Sedro Woolley and driving the Cascade Loop.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

No prepayment is needed.
Check in Time

Check in time is 4:00pm-7:00pm. For late check in after 7:00pm call to arrange check in. We cannot do early check-in due to staff constraints. Thank you for your understanding.

DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, THERE WILL BE NO HOUSEKEEPING FOR STAYOVERS. WE ARE ONLY CLEANING THE ROOMS WHEN THE GUEST HAS CHECKED OUT . IT IS ONE WAY IN WHICH OUR EMPLOYEES ARE AT LESS RISK.
UPON CHECK-OUT THE ROOMS ARE BLOCKED FOR 24HOURS AND SPRAYED WITH LYSOL SANITIZING SPRAY AND THEN CLEANED WITH LYSOL CLEANER. ALL DOOR KNOBS, LIGHT SWITCHES , FAUCETS, REMOTES, ETC ARE SPRAYED FOR YOUR SAFETY. PLEASE DO YOUR PART TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE. THANK YOU
